OBJECTIVES: We explored the influence of coadministration on safety and immunogenicity of the most common travellers' vaccine hepatitis A (HepA) and the pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV) increasingly used both at home and before travel. METHODS: Volunteers aged ≥18 years (n = 305) were randomly assigned 1:1:1 into three groups receiving: 13-valent PCV (PCV13) + HepA, PCV13, or HepA. Anti-pneumococcal IgG concentrations, opsonophagocytic activity (OPA) titres, and total hepatitis A antibody (anti-HAV) concentrations were measured before and 28 ± 3 days after vaccination. Adverse events (AEs) were recorded over 4 weeks. RESULTS: After vaccination, the anti-HAV geometric mean concentration was significantly lower in the PCV13+HepA than the HepA group: 34.47 mIU/mL (95% CI: 26.42-44.97 mIU/mL) versus 72.94 mIU/mL (95% CI: 55.01-96.72 mIU/mL), p < 0.001. Anti-HAV ≥10 mIU/mL considered protective was reached by 71 of 85 (83.5%) in the PCV13+HepA group versus 76 of 79 (96.2%) in the HepA group, p 0.008. The increases in anti-pneumococcal IgG and OPA levels were comparable in the PCV13+HepA and PCV13 groups, apart from a bigger rise in the PCV13+HepA group for serotype 3 (one-way ANOVA: serotype 3 IgG p 0.010, OPA p 0.002). AEs proved more frequent among those receiving PCV13 than HepA, but simultaneous administration did not increase the rates: ≥one AE was reported by 45 of 56 (80.4%) PCV13, 43 of 54 (79.6%) PCV13+HepA, and 25 of 53 (47.2%) HepA recipients providing structured AE data. DISCUSSION: Coadministration of HepA and PCV13 did not cause safety concerns, nor did it impact the patients' response to PCV13, apart from serotype 3. However, coadministered PCV13 significantly impaired antibody responses to HepA.

BACKGROUND: Vaccination against hepatitis A virus (HAV) is largely recommended for travelers worldwide. Concurrent dengue and HAV vaccination may be desired in parallel for travelers to countries where both diseases are endemic. This randomized, observer-blind, phase 3 trial evaluated coadministration of HAV vaccine with tetravalent dengue vaccine (TAK-003) in healthy adults aged 18-60 years living in the UK. METHODS: Participants were randomized (1:1:1) to receive HAV vaccine and placebo on Day 1, and placebo on Day 90 (Group 1), TAK-003 and placebo on Day 1, and TAK-003 on Day 90 (Group 2), or TAK-003 and HAV vaccine on Day 1, and TAK-003 on Day 90 (Group 3). The primary objective was non-inferiority of HAV seroprotection rate (anti-HAV ≥ 12.5 mIU/mL) in Group 3 versus Group 1, one month post-first vaccination (Day 30) in HAV-naïve and dengue-naïve participants. Sensitivity analyses were performed on combinations of baseline HAV and dengue serostatus. Secondary objectives included dengue seropositivity one month post-second vaccination (Day 120), HAV geometric mean concentrations (GMCs), and safety. RESULTS: 900 participants were randomized. On Day 30, HAV seroprotection rates were non-inferior following coadministration of HAV and TAK-003 (Group 3: 98.7 %) to HAV administration alone (Group 1: 97.1 %; difference: -1.68, 95 % CI: -8.91 to 4.28). Sensitivity analyses including participants who were neither HAV-naïve nor DENV-naïve at baseline supported this finding. Anti-HAV GMCs on Day 30 were 82.1 (95 % CI: 62.9-107.1) mIU/mL in Group 1 and 93.0 (76.1-113.6) mIU/mL in Group 3. By Day 120, 90.9-96.8 % of TAK-003 recipients were seropositive (neutralizing antibody titer > 10) to all four dengue serotypes. Coadministration of HAV vaccine and TAK-003 was well tolerated, with no important safety risks identified. CONCLUSION: Immune responses following coadministration of HAV vaccine and TAK-003 were non-inferior to administration of HAV vaccine alone. The results support the coadministration of HAV vaccine and TAK-003 with no adverse impact on immunogenicity, safety, and reactogenicity of either vaccine. RESUMO

Erythema multiforme (EM) is a rare cell-mediated immune response characterized by target or iris patches or plaques that present symmetrically on the extremities. This condition may be associated with pruritus but is usually self-limited and spontaneously resolves within 5 weeks of onset; prodromal symptoms are rare. Several known cases have been linked to vaccination, but many vaccines used in pediatric care have been reported as causative agents of EM. This case study offers an association of EM following administration of the hepatitis A and pneumococcal vaccines.

The Biological E inactivated hepatitis A (HAPIBEV™) vaccine was developed by importing the Healive® vaccine bulk from China and fill-finish it in India. Healive® vaccine is approved in China for both children and adults. This study assessed the safety and immunogenicity of HAPIBEV™ vaccine as compared to the Havrix 720® vaccine of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) pharmaceuticals when administered intramuscularly (IM) 6 months apart in 1-15 years old hepatitis A virus (HAV) vaccine naive children in India. This Phase 3, single blind, parallel, randomized, active-controlled, two-arm study was conducted at 8 centers in India in healthy HAV vaccine-naive children. Subjects were stratified into 2 age subsets (1-7 and 8-15 years) and randomly assigned to either BE-HAPIBEV™ or GSK's Havrix® vaccine and administered 2 IM injections 6 months apart. The immunogenicity evaluations included: (1) proportion of subjects who achieved the following at Day 210 from baseline: (a) seroconversion (≥20 mIU/mL) with anti-HAV immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies, (b) ≥4-fold increase in anti-HAV IgG antibodies, and (c) ≥2-fold increase in anti-HAV IgG antibodies concentration who were already seroconverted at baseline and (2) geometric mean concentrations (GMC) of anti-HAV IgG antibodies at baseline and Day 210. Safety was evaluated throughout the study. A total of 467 (89.8%) subjects completed the study. The non-inferiority criterion was met by HAPIBEV™ vaccine as seroconversion rates in both vaccine groups were 100%. Overall, other immunogenicity evaluations were either similar in both vaccine groups or higher in the HAPIBEV™ group compared with the Havrix® group. The safety profile was also comparable between HAPIBEV™ and Havrix® groups. The most common adverse event (AE) was injection site pain, and the majority of AEs were mild in severity. The HAPIBEV™ vaccine demonstrated an immunological and safety profile on par with Havrix® in 1-15 years old healthy HAV vaccine-naive Indian children. Objectives: To compare the safety, immunogenicity, and immune persistence of hepatitis A (HA) vaccines between HBs-Ag-positive and -negative participants. Method: 9000 participants were enrolled in the phase IV study of live attenuated HA (HA-L) or inactivated HA (HA-I) vaccines. The HBs-Ag-positive subjects were detected and became an independent observation group. Adverse reactions (ARs), geometric mean concentrations (GMCs) and seroconversion rates (SRs) of the vaccines were analyzed at five time points until three years after vaccination. Results: 120 HBs-Ag-positive subjects were screened out, only 1 participant had grade 1 experienced ARs after HA-L injection. Except the time point of two years, the SRs of HBs-Ag-positive group were 100% for both vaccines. The GMCs were not statistically different between HBs-Ag-positive and -negative groups after the HA-L vaccination. The logarithmically transformed GMCs for HBs-Ag-positive and -negative groups were 3.21 mIU/mL (95% CI, 2.03-4.39 mIU/mL) and 2.95 mIU/mL (95% CI, 2.88-3.02 mIU/mL) 28 days after the HA-L vaccination, respectively. Conclusions: Both HA-L and HA-I vaccines were safe for HBs-Ag-positive participants and may provide an excellent long-term protection against HAV in this study. The results indicated that people positive or negative for HBs-Ag can receive both HA-L and HA-I vaccines (ClinicalTrials.gov number, NCT02601040).

BACKGROUND: Hepatitis-A is an acute viral infection of the liver. Hepatitis-A virus has worldwide spread and is endemic in India. Though the disease is self-limiting in most cases, outbreaks are reported frequently from both developing and developed countries of the world. Severity and fatality occur more among infected symptomatic adults. The infection can be prevented with proper and timely immunization. This phase I, single arm, open label, multicenter trial was designed to assess the safety and immunogenicity of the inactivated hepatitis-A vaccine developed by Human Biologicals Institute when administered in a single dose in two age groups of healthy subjects. METHODS: This study was carried out in 55 subjects in two healthy age groups at two centers in India. Group A included subjects of 19-49 years and group B subjects of 12-18 years of age. Enrolled subjects received a single dose of inactivated hepatitis A vaccine. Blood samples were collected at baseline and 4-6 weeks after vaccination. Safety was assessed by collection and analysis of data on solicited and unsolicited adverse events and immunogenicity was assessed by estimating the seroconversion rate, seroprotection rate and the geometric mean titres of antibodies. RESULTS: Among the 55 subjects enrolled, 15 reported adverse events. No serious adverse event was reported. Pain at the injection site was the lone local adverse event. Systemic adverse events reported in Group A were: fatigue, headache, diarrhoea, fever, anorexia, nausea and upper respiratory tract infection, whereas there was no systemic event reported in Group B. There was 100% seroconversion and seroprotection and significant rise in antibody titre levels were observed in both the groups post vaccination. CONCLUSIONS: This study found HBI inactivated hepatitis-A vaccine to be safe and highly immunogenic when administered as a single dose in adolescent and adult subjects.

Both the inactivated hepatitis A vaccine (Aimmugen) and purified chick embryo cell rabies vaccine (PCECV, Rabipur) are well tolerated. Anaphylaxis has rarely been reported as an adverse reaction of these vaccines. There have been no reports or published case reports of anaphylaxis due to Aimmugen. According to the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Aimmugen adverse reaction report, no cases of anaphylaxis have been reported from April 2013 to August 2016. Twenty cases of anaphylaxis due to PCECV (RabAvert) have been reported from 1997 to 2005 in USA, whereas 2 cases have been reported from 2006 to 2016. We report a case of anaphylaxis after multiple vaccinations in a 24-year-old man with ulcerative colitis, previous medical history of tonsillectomy for IgA nephropathy and no history of allergies.

Combined hepatitis A and typhoid vaccine is available in Australia, but licensed for use from age 16 years; however it is used "off-label" in children. The combined vaccine is well tolerated in children aged 2-16 years and the risk of adverse events is similar to those receiving concurrent monovalent vaccines.

RESUMO

Use of hepatitis A vaccine is a main component of travel vaccination practices. In the United States, fluctuations in the number of annual hepatitis A infections have occurred recently due to large outbreaks related to imported foods and urban transmission among homeless individuals, warranting consideration for wider local use of hepatitis A vaccine. Hepatitis B vaccine is indicated for all adults, and especially healthcare workers. Since 1992, it has been administered at birth. A new novel hepatitis B vaccine given in two doses one month apart is available and has increased efficacy in adults. This article reviews the complete administration of these hepatitis vaccines.

BACKGROUND: Vaccination of pregnant women against hepatitis A virus (HAV) or hepatitis B virus (HBV) may benefit the mother and the fetus but is not routinely recommended. However, the risk associated with vaccination should be weighed against the risk of HAV or HBV infection. Data on safety profiles after hepatitis A, B or combined AB immunization during pregnancy are limited. METHODS: We searched the GSK Worldwide Safety Database for adverse events (AEs) following immunization of pregnant women with HAV (Havrix, GSK), HBV (Engerix-B, GSK) or the combined hepatitis AB (Twinrix, GSK) vaccine since market authorization through 31 January 2018, covering at least 25 years. AE reports (spontaneous, post-marketing surveillance and clinical trial cases) in the GSK Worldwide Safety Database were identified using a systematic search and were reviewed by clinicians to ascertain pregnancy status at time of vaccination and characterize adverse pregnancy outcomes, including pregnancy-related AEs and AEs in infants regardless of the causality assessment. RESULTS: Overall, 613, 700 and 363 pregnancies with exposure to Havrix, Engerix-B and Twinrix, respectively, were reported. Of these, 378, 339 and 194 were analyzed. The most frequently identified pregnancy outcomes were live infants (288, 223 and 151), spontaneous abortions (43, 57 and 26) and elective terminations (25, 24 and 9). A total of 19, 29 and 10 cases of congenital anomalies were reported. Of these, 17, 20 and 7 were major birth defects. The most commonly reported pregnancy-related AE and AE in infants were premature delivery (28) and jaundice (11), respectively. No maternal deaths were reported. Congenital anomalies were reported in all recorded infant deaths. CONCLUSIONS: This review did not indicate any concerning pattern of adverse pregnancy outcomes following exposure to any of the 3 vaccines during pregnancy.

Hepatitis A vaccine is recommended for all individuals with hemophilia, although patients with bleeding disorders should avoid intramuscular (IM) injections. To date, only few studies showed subcutaneous (SC) route immunogenicity is comparable with the IM route. Therefore, this randomized study compared immunogenicity, long term protection and safety of hepatitis A vaccine administered by SC route with the IM route in 78 children and adults with hemophilia and other bleeding disorders. Thirty-eight patients had serology performed after first vaccine dose, determining seroconversion rates of 83.3% and 90.0% for the SC and the IM group, respectively (p = 0.5). Median IgG CO/OD value for the SC group was almost the double compared with the IM group (4.4 vs 2.6, p = 0.2). After second vaccine dose, seroconversion rates for the SC group was 97.5% and for the IM group was 97.4% (p = 1.0). Of the two patients who did not have seroconversion, interval between vaccine dose and serology was only one and two days for the SC and the IM group, respectively and in the following routine antibody dosage they presented seroconversion (100% for both groups). Median IgG CO/OD value for the SC group was greater than the IM group (72.5 vs. 58.0, p = 0.2). In a median of nine years after second vaccine dose, median IgG S/CO value for the SC group was slightly greater than the IM group (7.6 vs. 7.4, p = 0.8). There were no serious adverse events in both groups. Five (12.5%) patients of the SC group and seven (18.4%) of the IM group presented adverse events (p = 0.5). Twice as many patients of the IM group had clotting factor concentrates need for adverse events (15.8% vs. 7.5%, p = 0.3). Therefore, hepatitis A vaccine administered subcutaneously is as immunogenic, long term protective and even safer than the intramuscular route.

BACKGROUND: HIV-exposed uninfected (HEU) children have increased risk of infectious morbidity during early childhood. We evaluated the short-term immunogenicity and safety of single dose inactivated hepatitis-A virus (HAV) vaccine and live attenuated varicella zoster virus (VZV) vaccine in South African children. METHODS: 195 HIV-unexposed and 64 HEU children received either one dose of HAV or VZV vaccine at 18 months of age. Blood samples were tested for hepatitis-A or VZV antibodies before and one month after vaccination by chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, respectively. All children were evaluated for solicited adverse events (AEs). RESULTS: One-month post-vaccination, a similar percentage of HIV-unexposed (91.8%) and HEU (82.9%) children were seropositive for hepatitis-A (p = 0.144). VZV antibody geometric mean fold-rise was also similar in HIV-unexposed (5.6; 95%CI: 4.6-6.7) and HEU children (5.1; 95%CI: 3.7-7.2); however, only 44% HIV-unexposed and HEU seroconverted (titers > 50 mIU/ml). AEs occurred with similar frequency and severity between groups, except for more systemic AEs after VZV vaccination in HEU than HIV-unexposed children. CONCLUSIONS: Single dose HAV and VZV vaccine was similarly immunogenic in HIV-unexposed and HEU children. We did not identify differences in short-term humoral immunity after administration of either a live attenuated or inactivated vaccine. Seroconversion rates after a single dose of VZV vaccine were, however, lower compared to reports from previous studies (85-89%). CLINICAL TRIALS REGISTRATION: NCT03330171.

Hepatitis A represents one of the major public health problems worldwide including India. Vaccination is the most effective way to prevent hepatitis A infection. Two types of hepatitis A vaccines-live attenuated (H2 strain) and inactivated (killed) are available for use in clinical practice in India with former having advantage of a single-dose compared to two-dose killed vaccine. One of the important characteristic of an ideal vaccine includes its ability to provide life-long protection. In this article we reviewed the available long-term (≥10 years follow-up) published data on live attenuated hepatitis A (H2 strain) vaccine. The data from country of origin of the vaccine (China) and India establish the long-term immunogenicity, protection, and tolerability. Based on the results of several clinical trials showing long-term protection, single dose of live attenuated hepatitis vaccine can be widely used to protect high-risk population against hepatitis A virus infection and related complications.

INTRODUCTION: Infection with hepatitis A virus (HAV) during pregnancy, although uncommon, is associated with gestational complications and pre-term labor. Hepatitis A vaccine (HepA) is recommended for anyone at increased risk for contracting hepatitis A, including women at risk who are also pregnant. Limited data are available on the safety of maternal HepA vaccination. OBJECTIVES: Assess the frequency of maternal HepA receipt and evaluate the potential association between maternal vaccination and pre-specified maternal and infant safety outcomes. METHODS: A retrospective cohort of pregnancies in the Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) resulting in live births from 2004 through 2015 was included. Pregnancies with HepA exposure were compared to those with other vaccine exposures, and to those with no vaccine exposures. Risk factors for contracting hepatitis A were identified up to one-year prior to or during the pregnancy using ICD-9 codes. Maternal and fetal adverse events were evaluated according to maternal HepA exposure status. Adjusted odds ratio (OR) were used to describe the association. RESULTS: Among 666,233 pregnancies in the study period, HepA was administered at a rate of 1.7 per 1000 (n = 1140), most commonly within the first six weeks of pregnancy. Less than 3% of those exposed to HepA during pregnancy had an ICD-confirmed risk factor. There were no significant associations between HepA exposure during pregnancy and gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia/eclampsia, cesarean delivery, pre-term delivery, and low birthweight. There was a statistically significant association between HepA exposure during pregnancy and small-for-gestational age (SGA) infants (aOR 1.32, [95% CI 1.09, 1.60], p = 0.004). CONCLUSIONS: The rate of maternal HepA vaccination was low and rarely due to documented risk factors for vaccination. HepA vaccination during pregnancy was not associated with an increased risk for a range of adverse events examined among pregnancies resulting in live births, but an identified association between maternal HepA and SGA infant outcomes, while likely due to unmeasured confounding, warrants further exploration.

Los pacientes con enfermedad inflamatoria intestinal son susceptibles de recibir tratamiento inmunomodulador y, por tanto, han de estar correctamente vacunados. Pese a la probada seguridad de las vacunas, estas no están exentas de reacciones adversas. A continuación, se presenta un caso clínico de una mujer joven con colitis ulcerosa en tratamiento con mesalazina que presentó vasculitis leucocitoclástica tras vacunación frente a neumococo, varicela y hepatitis A. Dicha reacción apenas está descrita en la literatura tras la administración de cualquiera de estas vacunas y nunca ha sido descrita en un paciente con patología de base

INTRODUCTION: Hepatitis A, caused by hepatitis A virus (HAV), is primarily transmitted via the fecal/oral route either through ingestion of contaminated food and water or through direct contact with an infectious person. Prevalence of hepatitis A is strongly correlated with socioeconomic factors, decreasing with increased socio-economic development, access to clean water and sanitation. Vaccination against HAV should be part of a comprehensive plan for the prevention and control of viral hepatitis, either as part of regular childhood immunization programs or with other recommended vaccines for travelers. Areas covered: We present here evidence for the immunogenicity and safety of an inactivated HAV pediatric vaccine (Avaxim® 80U Pediatric, Sanofi Pasteur), indicated for use in children aged 12 months to 15 years. Data evaluated are from trials undertaken during the clinical development of this vaccine, a systematic literature review and post-market pharmacovigilance. Expert opinion: The pediatric HAV vaccine is highly immunogenic and generates long-lasting protection against hepatitis A disease in children. The safety and immunogenicity data presented in this review suggest that the pediatric HAV vaccine is a valuable option in the prevention of HAV infection in children in many areas of the world where the disease remains a healthcare issue.

The aim of this study was to compare the immunogenicity and side-effects of hepatitis A virus (HAV) vaccination between periodic fever, aphthous stomatitis, pharyngitis, and adenitis (PFAPA) patients and healthy controls who have not been previously exposed to HAV. A prospective observational study was carried out of 28 PFAPA patients and 76 controls who received two doses of the vaccine. Immunogenicity was expressed as seroconversion and seroprotection rates; mean HAV-immunoglobulin G concentration was measured at 0, 1, 7 and 18 months. Side-effects were defined as incidence of adverse events and the effect of vaccination on PFAPA symptoms. All participants were seronegative and seroconverted at 1 month. One month after primary vaccination, 92.9% of PFAPA patients and 77.6% of the controls attained seroprotection, while the rates increased to 100% and 96.1%, respectively, 1 month after the second dose. Seroprotection rates remained adequate 1 year after completion of vaccination. In conclusion, two doses of the inactivated HAV vaccine are well-tolerated and effective in children with PFAPA.

Several approved inactivated hepatitis A (HA) vaccines are available in Korea. These have been shown to be immunogenic and safe in European children; however, their immunogenicity and safety have not been investigated among Korean children. We aimed to compare the immunogenicity and safety of the most commonly used HA vaccines in ethnic Korean children aged 12 to 18 months.In this open-label, randomized, prospective, multicenter study, 108 children were enrolled and randomized to receive a pediatric form of Avaxim, Epaxal, or Havrix. The 2nd dose was administered after an interval of 6 months. Anti-HA virus (HAV) immunoglobulin (Ig) G was measured to assess geometric mean concentrations (GMCs) and seropositvity rates (≥20 mIU/mL anti-HAV IgG). To assess safety, local solicited adverse events (AEs), systemic solicited AEs, unsolicited AEs, and serious AEs (SAEs) were graded.Among the 108 participants enrolled, 37, 34, and 37 received Avaxim, Epaxal, and Havrix, respectively. After administration of 2 doses, the seropositivity rates in the Avaxim, Epaxal, and Havrix groups were all 100% (95% confidence intervals [CIs]: 99.0-100, 98.9-100, and 99.0-100, respectively; P < .001). The anti-HAV GMCs in the Avaxim, Epaxal, and Havrix groups were 5868.4 (95% CI: 4237.2-8126.6), 1962.1 (95% CI: 1298.0-2965.9), and 2232.9 mIU/mL (95% CI: 1428.4-3490.4), respectively, after administration of 2 doses (P < .001). There were no significant differences in the proportions of participants reporting local solicited AEs, systemic solicited AEs, unsolicited AEs, and SAEs among the 3 vaccine groups after the 1st and 2nd doses. All local solicited and unsolicited AEs were grade 1 or 2. Grade 3 systemic solicited AE occurred in 5.4% and 2.9% of the participants in the Havrix group after the 1st and 2nd doses, respectively. SAEs after the 1st and 2nd doses were reported in 2 participants and 1 participant, respectively, but none was assessed as being related to vaccination.The results indicate that these vaccines were safe and immunogenic in ethnic Korean children. The results have contributed to the establishing of an HA vaccination policy in Korea and will be informative to countries that plan to initiate vaccination programs against HAV.

BACKGROUND: The rate of true vaccine allergy is unknown. Children with potential IgE-mediated adverse events following immunization (AEFI) should undergo allergy investigation that may include skin testing or challenge. Previous protocols tend to be highly conservative and often suggest invasive testing for all, a practice not evidence based, technically difficult, and unpleasant in children. It has more recently been suggested that skin testing may be restricted to those with allergic-like events within the first hour and those with a history of anaphylaxis. OBJECTIVE: We aimed to describe the outcome of vaccine skin testing and challenge in children referred to a tertiary pediatric hospital with a potential IgE-mediated AEFI. The secondary aim was to identify any significant risk factors for vaccine allergy. METHODS: A retrospective review of all children (<18 years) who underwent vaccine skin testing (skin prick testing or intradermal testing [IDT]) or challenge over a 5-year period (May 1, 2011, to April 30, 2016) at the Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne is presented. RESULTS: There were 95 admissions in 73 children. Eight percent (6 of 73) of children had confirmed vaccine allergy (positive skin testing or challenge to the index vaccination). Two had positive IDT to a suspect vaccine but challenge negative to an alternative brand vaccine. Two had negative IDT but subsequent positive challenge and two had immediate urticaria on challenge without prior skin testing. All children in the positive group either had index reaction within 15 minutes of vaccination or had history consistent with anaphylaxis. CONCLUSIONS: The vast majority of children (92%) presenting with a potential IgE-mediated AEFI are able to tolerate challenge to a suspect vaccine without reaction. We present our investigation protocol recommending skin testing in all children with anaphylaxis and challenge with a suspect vaccine if negative testing or previous nonanaphylactic potential IgE-mediated AEFI.
